Wainbee Limited Acquires Hydraulics Plus, Strengthening Its Presence in Northern Ontario
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering value to our shareholders and strengthening our position in the Canadian market, we are pleased to announce that Wainbee Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of Hydraulics Plus (1169366 Ontario Inc.) of Timmins, Ontario.

This strategic acquisition represents an important step forward in expanding Wainbeeâs service and technical capabilities across Northern Ontario. Founded in 2012, Hydraulics Plus is a full-line Parker distributor with a strong focus on the service and repair of fluid power components, including specialized cylinder repair services. This capability enhances Wainbeeâs service offering in Northern Ontario and supports the continued development of the region as a service hub.
