Dave and Carol have served this area well and have been a noble competitor and trading partner, and we are excited to have them join our team. With their relationships we plan to enhance our products and services in these counties.”

Dave Dauw, President of Hallmark Hose Headquarters Inc. had this to say about the acquisition: “We are pleased to have made these arrangements with Wainbee to acquire Hallmark Hose. In reviewing the market with whom we would trust to provide the same level of service that Hallmark provides, we always had customer satisfaction in mind. All our dealings with Wainbee have been positive throughout the years,  and we have entrusted them with the care of our customers for years to come. Carol and I have always prided ourselves on going above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction, and we are confident that Wainbee will continue in this tradition that Hallmark has created. Carol and I will be staying on to help integrate our two companies, so while this is not goodbye, we wish to thank all our customers for their continued support since 1984.”

Wainbee extends heartfelt gratitude to its shareholders, customers, partners, and employees for their unwavering support and commitment. With this acquisition, Wainbee embarks on a journey towards even greater service excellence in the region.
